These are good looking, solid chairs. For the price, I am very satisfied. They were easy to assemble, and the cushions are very confortable.

One note: return policy is pretty limited so pay attention! The cushions come compression wrapped, once you open the plastic packaging, your option to return is voided. So you won’t be putting the chair together and then deciding you must return. Everything is well labeled to that accord, but just take note before ordering.The first chair arrived in four days from Canada—well before the estimated delivery date. I chose this material (microfiber) because I have cats and was concerned about claws and woven material, plus someone mentioned that pet hair was difficult to remove from one of the other materials. The microfiber is weirdly shiny, almost like satin; I think it’s meant to look like a faux suede? It’s also slightly slick. I posted a lot of photos so anyone considering this material has all the info they need hopefully. Doesn’t matter to me, I’m covering the chairs with sheepskin throws (these are as much for the cats as they are for us) and from the side the material disappears into the shadows. With the microfiber I don’t think the resident flerken will be tempted to scratch the backside of the chairs, so it’s a win. Without the cover though, I think my butt might slide around, which would affect the comfort.It was very easy to put together, feels extremely solid. I’m going to use plumber’s tape to snug up the few screw covers that fall off.Even my husband with a suuuuper messed up back (recent 7 level fusion) finds the chair comfortable, the back height is perfect to rest your head back. The chair lower to the ground, so getting in and out of the chair may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues.Its was also very well packed, no freaking styrofoam, wood pieces were secured to plywood! No chemical smells that I can detect. Especially for $135, I couldn’t be happier.

These chairs are generally very good. My two complaints are that the wood color is not even close to what is shown in the pictures, and that is EXTREMELY disappointing. Rather than the medium light mahogany tone that is shown, the wood is more of a medium golden maple, which is lighter and more yellow than the pictures indicate. There is also a small dent in one frame. Beyond that, they are sturdy, easy to assemble, well packaged, and generally well made. The picture with the white paper is to show a better approximation of the color. The linen fabric is pretty and nice. I'm hoping it's durable. The wrinkles in the cushions caused by the vacuum compression steamed out nicely. The seat is wide enough for comfort, and the cushions are firm. The lumbar pillow makes the chair much more comfortable. )

This came super well packaged with clear instructions. The cushions are vacuumed sealed & take no time to inflate. It does have a don't open on the cushions if you want to return it. Once opened you can't return the item. Which isn't necessary because you'll keep this chair & probably end up buying another one!It's comfy & cozy. A sleek MCM chair that we fight over who sits in it. There's actually springs in the seat cushion which took me by total surprise. The fabric feels great & of good quality. The wood legs are well constructed & the lumbar cushion is nice too.You just never know what you're getting when it comes to buying furniture online but this was an absolute score!!

I had an issue with the original chair that arrived broke and split on armrest frame and leg which appeared to be done by a hard impact on the box. It was packaged well. The legs were bolted to a 1/4 plywood to prevent damage , but rough handling of the package during delivery must have occurred. I reached out to seller to see if I could just get a new set of legs, but they do not have single item replacements. Good news which was awesome is they asked me to take pictures and show the damage . I did and they shipped out another chair for free. That was great. I use this chair for resting in my gym before or after workout. It's comfy and easy to put together. It's low to the ground which works great when crossing my legs . The little pillow is a must. It helps the lower lumbar support when sitting. It's just right on cushion thickness for seat and back rest. At first I was cautious to sit in this chair because I am 5'10 230lbs of grade a beef. Surprisingly it's pretty sturdy with no movement. Just make sure to insert all bolts before tightening and also don't over torque the bolts because this chair is glued in certain areas mainly around the armrest to create a seemless no nail or bolt look. I'm definitely going to buy more later on. My cons are i wish the armrest were double the width for elbow support and maybe with a leather padding and the I wish the back rest was 3 point adjustable from 90 degrees to 110 degree angle to allow sitting slightly back when watching TV. Worth the price and I'm a big fan of the color. Size and width can probably fit a 300lb man in it, but I forgot what the weight limit is for this chair. Excellent help from the seller for chair replacement. I rate this 9 out of 10.
