Got in good shape, but the skate is really unattractive.Refunds are not instant. I sent them back the day after receiving them and I'm still waiting for the refund. It says May 18 and I dropped them off the morning of April 29. Longest refund I've ever had to wait for. I'm waiting for it so I can try a different pair of skates. It won't be from this seller though.

These are so comfortable, I love that they are leather so they'll last a long time and I have yet to do the heat molding, that's how comfortable they are out of the box. I used to have vanillas and those too were narrow and not as comfy. Great skates!

They are greatness. From the looks to the quality.I have been wanting new skate for awhile now, but I wanted some nice quality skates. I searched around the more popular brands, but 400.00+. For some skates is a bit much. At least for me😊!I was of a unique skate with all my bells and whistles. These skates are just that. Color ✔️ Quality✔️Comfort✔️Details✔️ Durability✔️ Structure✔️Material(Leather)✔️And the price✔️✔️What you see is what you get. Oh! Did I mention the weight! Very easy for me to manage.I could go on and on..but I’m not. The skate runs true to size. I wear a 7-71/2 women,so I ordered a 5.5 and they fit great. They have a cool feature for my narrow foot skaters. I will let you check it out. I won’t spoil it all.. Nothing like a custom fit😉.Well! I hope this helps.. Happy Skating!

I have always loved quad skating, but desperately needed a new pair of skates. I started my search with a stereotypical high boot, which was an absolute delight (/s) since it seems as though everyone discovered roller skating during the pandemic. I eventually found a pair of Chaya Melrose skates through a different vendor. I immediately discovered several problems with those skates. The wheels are described as being for outdoor use, they actually say "Indoor" on the wheel and there is no way they are actually 78A. Even after swapping out the wheels with actually outdoor wheels, the bigger problem turned out to be the fixed (bolt-on) stopper. It's placed so far up that it's impossible to use it without contorting your leg and there is no way to adjust it.I decided I needed a different pair of skates, but wasn't going to invest in another pair unless it came with an adjustable stopper. Weirdly, it's hard to find a dedicated outdoor skates without a fixed stopper. There are the Moxi Lollis, but they are not only impossible to find right now (literally), they have a notoriously slim boot. I have wide feet (D) and I really didn't fancy the idea of having to break in skate boots. On a lark, I decided to try a roller derby skate with a low boot since I already have my own outdoor wheels. I initially bought a pair of Sure-Grip GT-50s and was really excited about the fit and how the lower boot felt as I skated in the street! Sadly, the interior of the boot pulled away from the outside of the boot the fourth time I put them on. I was super annoyed and set about doing more research into derby skates. After reading through several derby forums and the Roller Derby subreddit, I decide to give these Bont skates a try.I LOVE THEM! They are a bit on the heavy side, so I'm having to adjust to the added weight (they are heavier because they are built to endure derby abuse), but the fit was fantastic right out of the box. All of Bont's skates/boots can be form-fitted after being put into an oven (not a special oven, the one you have in your house), but I didn't need to do that at all. The laces start at the very tip of the boot, making it easy to adjust for foot width while securing the skate firmly to the foot. The entire skate assembly is incredibly well-made, particularly for this price point. Yes, you're going to have to replace the wheels (they come with indoor wheels) if you're going to wear them outside (I'm also using different bearings), but these skates are definitely worth it if you're looking for a high quality skate experience. These obviously aren't going to be for someone who feels they need ankle stability, but I can tell you that I prefer them despite having what I lovingly refer to as "trick ankles" (occasionally, they just decide that keeping me in an upright position is a silly prospect and collapse). I'm not in the world's best shape (I'm 51 and have what can best be described as "pandemic body" right now), so having access to my ankles has helped get back into skating.I really love them and can't recommend them more, particularly if you have a wider foot.

These are the best roller skates I have ever owned. Omg I understand now why people buy expensive skates!!!My personal findings:SIZE: Order 2 sizes down if you are a woman ex: (8US=6 Bont) that is true. I could not believe it but i order two size down and yes the skates size is correct!! Men 1 size down preferably my boyfriend confirms this.Second, omg the leather in the boot is so good it helps mold your fit to the perfect experience. The wheel are so good. I was able to skate on my kitchen floor and it is really slippery. Also, they have great grip and are super super fast. The skates are so light. You will not even feel you have skates on. I owned a pair of impala and they are very heavy.Lastly, please buy Gumbal toe stops because the tow stop is horrible quality. I play derby so investing on a good toe stop is really a plus before competition.Anyways please if you are thinking to buy a high end roller skate please please buy this ones!!! I swear best investment I have ever made!!! Bont quality pays off. I never write reviews, but I have to tell you this before you want to spend $699 on skates. You do not need to please buy this ones!!!Also, another finding: if you have thin or wide foot still buy this. The boot is very spacious, but if you need to mold it to your size use the hair dryer for 10 minutes on the heal size while you have the skates on, i will take a pic and loaded here. The boot will adjust to your feet size. Personally, my foot is normal size, so i did not need it. But, you have the technology why not use it!!!And I saw other reviews that the skates were bigger for her feet, she can just adjust the sizing with hair dryer...Ok I hope this review helps!! I am going to enjoy my roller derby new skates now!!!!
