I bought this Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro BOV900BSS because my regular oven was not holding the temperature. Specifically my baked goods like chocolate chip cookie were always flat. I tried thermometers in the oven but it was just a problem. Also I thought this might be good in the summer when it is so hot and my husband doesn’t want the oven on. I can put it out on the deck. I love this oven. It uses less electricity. I can finally make chocolate chip cookies that aren’t flat and crispy. It does take some space on the counter top though. It comes with oven racks but you need a cookie sheet/ baking tray. i did a lot of research to find a cookie sheet that would fit. I bought the Nordic Ware Naturals Jelly Roll Pan from Amazon for $16. The size is 15.8 L by 11.3w by 1” high. It fits perfectly and works great for cookies and all other baking. I also bought the Lodge 3 quart Dutch oven from Amazon for my sourdough bread. It fits perfectly in the Breville and my bread comes out just as good as in the regular oven. I was worried about the high knobs on many Dutch ovens but this one fits perfectly.I love that this Breville heats up so quickly and it cools down quickly.Be careful not to put anything on top as it does get very hot when the oven is on. It does come with a round pizza tray. I slide that under the oven for storage. It is very easy to move the racks up and down and there is a legend on the side that tells you which position to use for the different kinds of things you are cooking. It looks great on the counter. The knobs are very simple to understand and you get a beep when the oven is up to temperature. So far I love it and am extremely happy with the cookies and bread!

Me gustó mucho el horno, de muy buen tamaño y se ve de buena calidad, desafortunadamente llego con un golpe en la parte superior. Me imagino que así lo empaquetaron porque la caja en la que venía estaba en perfecto estado. Lo devolví y pedí otro igual. Espero que este llegue bien.

It’s a Breville, you expect the best. Started with the small one and loved it, then got this one. More interior room and functions. Dehydrate, keep food warm 110*, great broiler, room to roast two small chickens.

El horno es estupendo. Ninguna queja en cuanto a su funcionamiento. Lo que es una pesadilla es solicitar la garantía. No hay forma de comunicarte con ellos. No tienen centro de servicio físico. Todo es en línea y entre una comunicación y la otra pasan dos semanas. Vergonzoso.Actualización: Logré aplicar la garantía y me llegó un horno completamente nuevo.

I'm so impressed with the quality of the build, the accessories and everything about this oven. It's always a joy to use a product that is well-made and thoughtfully designed. It's very easy to use and all the controls are straightforward and logical. It's quite a bit larger than I was expecting but that's great. I could definitely fit a medium size turkey in it. And it has great versatility -- I use it for everything from reheating to air frying. And the tray on the bottom slides out and makes cleaning a snap. My one and only complaint seems trivial but it's about the light. It comes on when you open the door and that's great but when you press the button to turn it on while your food is cooking, it stays on for ~30 seconds. If you're cooking something that you need to keep a close eye on it's very annoying to constantly have to turn it back on. But that only stands out because it's an otherwise flawless product.

What can I say. This oven is amazing! To be able to cook a frozen pizza to as close to perfection as they can get, to perfect, evenly toasted bread, to roasting a tray of veggies - so far it has done everything I've asked of it. Not just done the job, but done it well, without any fiddling. And the fact that it air fries (only tried it once with tater tots so far) and dehydrates (planning to make beef jerky soon), as well as toasts, roasts, bakes and broils - it's just icing and sprinkles on top.The controls are easy to use. I haven't done any phase cooking, not sure just what I'd even need that for. But the rest is fairly intuitive.Now that I've learned to trust it, I can put something on to cook and ignore it while it cooks. I was never really able to that with any other toaster oven I've owned, and there have been several. Others, various brands - cooked unevenly, had to be watched carefully when toasting bread, and just generally were not "set-and-forget" appliances.As a widower living alone, this is the only oven I need 99% of the time. Big enough for a 12" pizza, and easily holds a 1/4 sheet pan. It's a bit slow toasting bread, but the fact that the result is as near to perfect as I've ever gotten from any toaster of any type, a couple of extra minute per 4 slices isn't that big a deal. This oven preheats faster than my GE electric range, and uses far less power. Definite win there.I can't recommend this Breville Smart Oven highly enough. Giving it 5 stars is barely touching on how much I enjoy cooking with this wonderful tool.

Me encanto, compré uno que tuve que devolverlo marca gourmia, después uno cuisinart, súper frágil, otro kitchenaid igual de malo se calentaba todo y olía a plástico, Pero este esta increíble 🫢 todo de acero!. Hermoso e inteligente, soy muy exigente en calidad y este equipo es de verdad increíble. Algo caro , pero vale cada peso.

Es mejor que la mayoría de los hornos de convenciones o tradicionales, lo recomiendo ampliamente. También se necesita una instalación de luz propia por el tiempo y wataje que requiere para cocinar.

Me sorprendió el gran tamaño que tiene y todos los accesorios que trae, es muy bueno para hacer su trabajo. Recomiendo apoyo de otra persona para poder sacarlo de su caja y ponerlo sobre su lugar.

We live the full time tiny home life, we purchased this as a full time oven, this is the best purchase we've made for this lifestyle. The door actually seals all the way, the heat is perfectly accurate, it's extremely easy to set up and it looks amazing. The price of this nearly scared us away, we purchased the larger sized one, I'm so glad we went with it.As soon as you start pulling it out of the box you can see, and feel, the difference in quality. We were using one of those cheaper convection ovens and compared to this we may as well have been using a candle under a plate. We've burned through a lot of ovens, of varrying quality, and this is hands down the best we've purchased. It maintains an even temperature, though it does remind you to turn your food, and can even fit our Dutch oven with the lid on. The other extra wide oven we used couldn't fit the lid and took forever to cook anything in it.If you're using this for the tiny home lifestyle I highly recommend it, we have been blown away by the quality of the oven and how well if evenly cooks our foods. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this and it's on a totally different level compared to all of its competitors. I can't speak as to how long the oven lasts, we've only had it for a few weeks, but you can see it's build to last a lifetime. If you're only using it part time you may want to go with something cheaper, it you're looking for something to actually use as an oven then hit the buy now button, you won't regret it.Edit on February 16th 2023.This over is still going strong and works exactly like it did when we bought it. We use it heavily and none of the markings have worn off and it still cooks to perfection. This is hands down the best Amazon purchase I’ve ever made.
