Had 2? 3? "Lava Lamps" before this choice. We have a corner of LR that we just want some lo-level lighting to brighten up the corner. The "Tornado Lamp" (that's what we call it) has turned out to be perfect!

I wish it came with a plug in box. I also wish the lid was tight. So I didn’t have to worry about it being knocked over. I bought this for my 10yo son. It’s now put away. Because I’m afraid it’s gonna get spilled.

I Loved it but it is Lacking some features , Would Like to be able to change the lighting on this device - can however be easily spilled - the foam that came with it was a little bit of a mess - Make Certain You Put in in a place that Cannot be spilled over and children know not to mess with it when full or operational, Very fascinating Product Good to peak curiosity, Does Make Some Noise From the motor that moves the water - still would recommend this product despite some features lacking so - 4 Stars

This is a pretty cool LED tornado lamp. I ordered one of these for our daughter and she loves it. Set up use of this lamp is very easy. The included instructions state to replace the water about every 2 months and that distilled water is the best to use to avoid mineral and scale build up. There is a screw of lid on the top you remove, add water to the top fill line and add the included very small foam balls to the water and then place the lid back on. You simply plug the tornado lamp into a AC outlet with the included USB C cable and wall outlet adapter. The foam balls get caught in the tornado vortex and make it more visible to see. The lights and action from this lamp is very cool, colorful and, relaxing to watch. There are no function and or on and off buttons on the lamp housing. This lamp comes with a wireless remote control that required 2 AAA batteries that are not included. With the wireless remote you can control the colors and how fast the tornado vortex spins. For the cost, easy maintenance, and being a cool looking lamp we would purchase another for a gift. I gave this lamp a 5 star rating.
