It’s legit but it seems like the reel was previously owned due to the scratches and the packaging of the box being already opened and sealed with an Amazon sticker. The reel seems smooth but there does sound like there might be something in the spool itself rubbing on something.

コンパクトですがかっちり塊感と剛性感があります。軽いので操作系の釣りに向いています。気持ち良く飛ぶのは10g前後くらいですが、7g程度でも普通にキャスト可能です。12lbや14lbでも野池のMAXサイズが50cm前後くらいの釣りなら、ヘビーカバーに無理やり入れてラインを擦ったりしない限りは必要充分かと思います。
