I didn't realize that this would be difficult to wear until I saw the package. Please note that there is no zip function and it came unlaced. Do not expect the tight squeezing tension like that of an actual corset as the materials used isn't made for that kind of support. It is though a fun going out top though. I wanted to give it 3.5 stars because of the inability to wear without help and I feel that it is a bit pricey for what it is.

I got this in silver. I feel it is on the smaller side. I could have gone up a size, maybe just half a size. It's hard to say because this doesn't come with a ribbon to lace up the corset. So at this point, I've only been able to hold it up to my body until I find time to go to the fabric store to get a silver ribbon. So if you are looking for something ready to wear, this isn't it. To say the material is faux leather is a bit of a stretch I feel. It isn't anything leather-like which is fine, but just say it's more of a painted material. It might be cute for a party or to wear under a blazer, but it's going to take some work to get it ready to wear.
