Id just like to let supplier know this product is not what they said it was. the ball gels on the inside there are hardly any of them to help keep the neck cool. They are basically a coloured rags. If you wet them and keep them in the fridge then put around neck, they dont stay cool they basically dry very quickly and are not what they say they are Id like a refund please

I work outside in the heat and these are great for putting around my neck or my head to keep cool. My climate is dry, so getting them wet with even room temperature water cools them down. Just make sure to wash them regularly—the gel absorbs sweat as much as it does water, and it can develop a weird chemical smell.The amount of gel crystals in each one varies a fair amount, so once they’re fully soaked, some are thicker than others. They have a seam down the middle, which keeps the gel in two separate pockets and allows some airflow under the bandana, but on several of mine that have more gel, the seam burst, and on others, the seam was just unfinished when I got them. Fortunately that just means the gel is all in one pocket, and nothing has split open or spilled out.

FIRST SCARF LEAKED GEL. THEY WILL NOT LAST 30 USES, WHEN THEY CANNOT BE USED TO START WITH. VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY CAN SIT IN WATER AN HOUR BUT DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GEL.SEWN POORLY.

So I read the reviews, I was skeptical everyone said the stitching was bad, or the beads didn’t fill up the wraps, that’s simply not true… user error is all I can think of, so I let these sit in a big bowl of water for HOURS… and while soaking I moved the beads around every so often, finally after about 6 hours they were filled to the brim… and I barely had to use any effort to push the beads around into place… most of them did it on their own with out touching them… I stuck them in the freezer and now hot weather days are bearable! Thank you! 5 stars all day long! people who have had issues with these simply did not let them soak long enough! And after reading all the mixed reviews I figured they needed a legit real review of someone who knew how to use these properly.Also pro tip if you’re going away and want to keep all of them cool take a bottle with you, like a yeti or Stanley or whatever your preference is and stick these inside of the cup it’ll hold their temp, and you can use them later if the one you have on gets warm.

The cooling works well---- after you get the beads spread out. They are stuck together in a hard clump. after putting them in water and they softened I struggled to spread the beads out.
