el proceso de devoluciuon esta correcto, deberia de exisitir la opcion para cambio, ya que si deseo el prodiucto pero venia con defecto y al permitir la opcion de cambio se agilizaría todo y ustedes podrian garantizar la compra, muchas gracias

A mi mascota le gusta salir a pasear en el ya que es un perrito ya grande de edad y no puede caminar mucho pero veo que le gusta qué lo lleve a pasear muy bueno y práctico

I researched a lot of different trailers before buying this.It’s pricey, more than most competitors, but the folding design, quick release wheels, light weight and build quality were all important factors to me.Our Aussie puppy is only 20 lbs, but will be double that when he’s fully grown, and there is plenty of space.

Just purchased & received this Burley bike trailer yesterday - we found it very easy to assemble and attach to the bike. Actually pulled much easier than an old 'converted from child use to used for pet' Schwinn bike trailer which we had for years. A bit narrower & not as huge to pull along, it will be easier to take on bike trails. Seems our Sheltie enjoyed her 'test ride' thru our open field. The easy folding design and removable wheels are a definite plus. This trailer quickly 'passed the trial' with flying colors and has become a 'keeper'.

After doing the research, I decided on getting the Burley tail wagon. It costs more than the others I looked at but I came to the conclusion that the quality was superior. I almost bought the yellow one but I am not a fan of yellow so when I saw the green one I jumped on it.The trailer is excellent quality and very easy to assemble, though I have yet to use it. I was thinking about getting the front wheel kit so I could use it as a stroller to get my dogs used to riding in it before attaching it to the bike.It turns out that the green one doesn't have a handlebar so the front wheel kit wouldn't be of much use.There are also no rain shields which is something I am not particularly happy about, but the lack of attachment points to tether to on the inside is a bigger deal. I definitely need to attach a leash to their harnesses so I will have to figure something out.Overall I am excited to start using it but I wish I had purchased the yellow one instead. It seems to have more bells and whistles.I am increasing my rating to 4 stars because we have been using it and I am really impressed with how stable it is and how smooth it rides. My dogs love going for rides now.

We really like this Burley Tail Wagon. It is easy to assemble. We introduced our puppy to it as a crate with no wheels then graduated to putting on the wheels and moving it around before hooking it to the bike so he would feel comfortable in a moving crate. We like that it easily folds for car transport. We haven’t gone on any long rides yet as it is winter but we are looking forward to rides in better weather.
