The quality of this bidet system is excellent. I love the fact that you can warm the water. I have to admit that I didn’t realize it was going to need a more involved installation than I knew how to complete myself. That being said it was worth the investment because it looks very luxe and heated water makes all the difference. I definitely recommend this.

I am actually really bummed, because I ordered the wrong thing. I'm bummed because this looks really high quality, and is super well made. As another reviewer mentioned, this is meant to 1) install inside the wall, and 2) designed for hot AND cold hoses. I honestly have never heard of hot and cold that could go to a toilet, but hey, I'm a hick in the middle of a forest, lol!The idea is great, and I know it would work well as intended, but either I didn't pay attention to the full description, or the company changed it a bit, which happens from time to time. BUT--it definitely did not mention anything about it needing to be installed inside of the wall with the toilet plumbing. My hoses don't even go in the wall, as I have a straight up from under the house job with the water supply.The description: "The faucet spray is mounted on the wall, the package contains the necessary parts for installation, detailed installation instructions are included, we will provide professional help if you have any questions."Two misleading statements--mounted ON the wall (well, yeah, after you put the water supply through inside of the wall), and "detailed instructions". Folks, there was a small piece of paper with a few very vague pictures. No words. No detail. Technically, no instructions. So even though I think it is a high quality device, and I didn't even get to use it, I'm knocking it down a star for those factors.

Since watching my favorite online cleaning lady (who mostly cleans European homes), we became very interested in having a spray wand next to our toilet, not just to function as a bidet but more so, to use for washing everything down onto the floor after cleaning. It's so nice to be able to scrub your wall tiles, sink surfaces, toilet, and so on, and then, just spray it all down onto the floor into a floor drain, using a squeegee to guide the majority of the water away. A floor drain btw, that we never before had in any of our bathrooms but now do, as a result of watching her cleaning videos. During our many recent remodels throughout our 1800s Victorian farmhouse, we decided to include this valuable "floor drain" feature everywhere possible, including our kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, laundry room, and so on. Why more American homes aren't designed with floor drains in these spaces is quite simply, illogical. Anyhow, this bidet sprayer works perfectly for the purposes that we had in mind, allowing us to hose down our sink, toilet, tiled walls and floor, etc, quickly into the floor drain. The sprayer's lever handle action is responsive and smooth. The flow rate of water (which obviously is affected/limited by your own homes water pressure) is great in our case, providing plenty of water pressure to force debris out of crevices, grout lines, and so forth. The design aesthetic of the spray wand is clean and straight-forward and the brushed-gold finish is nicely applied to the wand, matching the particular art-decor inspired 1/2 bath that we installed it in. The hose flexes any which way with ease and doesn't kink, despite angling it any many weird positions to spray down various surfaces, from various angles. Since we've only be using it for a short while, I cannot yet speak to longevity, so although we highly recommend this sprayer now, if over time, it becomes problematic or dysfunctional, I'll update this review accordingly.
