I needed an extension cord for a small job. I was doing on top of my bar and there was about a foot of cable that I needed and this did the trick. I like the angled plug because I am using a power strip and this helped fit into one of the Sockets in the power strip. Since I’m only using it for LED TVs, the gauge and the power load on it was perfect and quite more than I needed it. So far the performance has been great and have no complaints. Quality is great and it’s a good value for the money. Highly recommend.

PROS:- Angled cord exit clears plug on lower outlet- Flat plug is great for outlets behind furniture- 3 ft length is a good compromise between being too long vs. too shortCONS:- No left angle variation currentlyWhile window AC units always advise only plugging directly into the outlet, that simply isn't practical in all situations. While the outlet was close enough the unit's cord would reach, it was behind a storage rack. The large GFCI plug wasn't going to fit (clearance is normally less than shown in the images), much less with the addition of an energy monitoring smart plug I had that plugged into.This cord gave enough length to clear the piece of furniture while providing a flat plug that would prevent the cord from being pinched when the furniture was shoved back close to the wall. The angled cord exit also allowed the cord to clear the plug in the outlet below it (which was a standard straight down exit). With 14 gauge wiring, this cord also is specified to support a full 15 amps, below the 12 amp maximum of the A/C unit.It would have been nice if there had been a variant with a left angle exit for the cord, given the unit was on the left side of the outlet, but it works well enough with the right angle exit.

this heavy duty extension cord delivers power to the appliance. It's not rocket science I guess it's electric science. The flat plug is the neat feature here for saving space. In my case, I use this to power my microwave and the plug is behind the refrigerator. The flat plug means the fridge stays flush to the wall. Love it!
