Our setup used to be based primarily on HDMI - our cameras, video switching equipment, and the like were all based on HDMI cables and not the SDI cable. We had one item that required SDI and had a converter box to make it happen. Recently, we upgraded again and now have to upgrade to SDI all around.This cable is a good, high-quality cable that carries the signal well. We had no issues with crimping, kinking, or anything else while handling the cable and stretching it between our sources. We especially like the bright red color - although this could also be a detriment to those who want the cable to be less obvious. The length is generous also. A good option!

I run the church live stream and have SDI cameras about 40-50 feet away from my SDI video switcherSDI cable with BNC is the way to go to ensure the connection doesn't come apart (like HDMI) and the signal is not interfered with RFThese cables are thicker and harder to snake around the ceiling but that is a small matter compared to having reliable signal
