Cable worked great to connect my MacMini M4 to my DVI Monitor. The quality and feel of the cable is very nice and seems like it will last a long time.

These cables work with my Dell work laptop, with thunderbolt connections (to two external monitors), but where they fail is when the laptop goes into sleep mode and I wake it up later, the 2 displays show static/snow/noise for almost 10 seconds before the desktops appear. Sometimes I get a blue screen on all of the displays with no text and no way to recover other than a hard power reset to the laptop.I have another set of 2 (same model/brand) monitors in another location, with the same type of cables (but a different brand), which I've never had a problem with, so I'm fairly certain the issue are these cables.Once the laptop is fully woken up and the displays are working, the cables perform as expected all day.

The monitor recognized the cable, but my mac did not. I believe the issue is the monitors limited resolution. I will try again by switching the mac resolution. The suggestions online were to pull power cord, USB, let the mac battery die. Almost too much trouble, may just get a new monitor that takes HDMI. Otherwise I think this is a good cable. The other cable I got failed on my PC and mac and was bad. This cable does seem to work.

Upgraded recently to a Mini Mac M2 pro, got a nice external monitor, and wanted to use my old Dell as a second monitor. It's old enough to only have DVI and other connections that aren't compatible physically with newer computers. This cord is a DVI to USB C style, and plugging it in immediately worked. Perfect to fit my needs. Tried a hub that didn't connect, this filled a need to save me from buying a new monitor.

Everything was as if taylor made. I already have the wiring to connect my living room tv. I needed something for my bedroom. I had an extra monitor I could use. One two three up and running.
