the kaleido is a great roaster machine. the control pannel came broken and the on/off switch doesnt work, it goes off when unplugged from the electrical source

焙煎機自体は問題ないですがMacと接続できず、artisanが使えない状態です。そこを改善していただけると助かります。

I just received the M6S and couldn’t be happier! After getting an M2 that had issues, I worked with Ting and Kaleido and they did me right!! Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, with the M2, I appreciated their service so much I went bigger and sprung for the M6. I’m a few batches in, and like other reviewers said, there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s a new piece of equipment, and that’s to be expected. The coffee I have roasted (correctly) has come out evenly and wonderfully. I am in love with this machine and appreciate the people at Kaleido for making sure I was happy. I am a Kaleido person through and through now! Take the jump on this machine, you won’t regret it!

The coffee roaster works great. It would have rated higher if the machine came with directions how to operate it.

After extensive research of coffee roasting products of the same size, and spending a lot of time looking at reviews and videos and decided this was the best value, It is a large Investment. I received it in just a few days and you could see the Inside box had some miles on it. Upon opening I discovered a missing part and a dent on the controller, but the machine was in perfect working order and there was adequate packing. I emailed the address on the enclosed guide explaining the issues. I received a response with an hour or so even though it says within 24 hours. With a few emails I had a pkg on the was from HK with everything plus a bonus for the problem! The CS is amazing, I was very impressed and received everything within a week. Questions have been answered within hours. This roaster is very easy to use, I have roasted 5 batches so far and they came out amazing. Ive been making espresso for over 30 years and this was some of the best I've ever had. Thank you for great product and awesome customer service!
