I’ve had much smaller versions of these Italian stovetop espresso makers and was intrigued when I saw this 12-cup version. It is very large by comparison. I tried it out and it makes a good pot of coffee in about 5 minutes. I still have to dial in the right amount and grind for the coffee grounds to get a more espresso-like result, but it worked great. The seal worked well - no leaking water/steam. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble, and with its simple design, also easy to clean.

I have been looking for a high-capacity moka pot, and this 12-cupper is exactly what I wanted. The quality is decent, and it performs well. As for cost, a little on the high side, but still a good deal.

If you like hot, strong coffee, this is great. It's also easy to take apart and clean. It takes just about as long as brewing a whole pot of coffee. The instructions are clear, and this is very easy to use.
