Ideal fit for IKEA Kallax. I have a large collection of CDs (1500+) and store them in IKEA Kallax with the shelf insert. Each box holds about 35 discs, and with the insert each cube holds 4 boxes, so 140 per cube. The handles are useful to pull the box out of the cube and the label holder makes it easy to identify the contents. I don’t use the lids. This is a win for me, since IKEA changed the size of their boxes. They held about 25 discs, with these I can store 40 more per cube. For an 8 cube Kallax, that’s 320 MORE discs per unit.I’m going to buy 8 more 4 packs as soon as restocked to replace my IKEA ones. These aren’t high precision and there are some imperfections in the stitching, but for the value and usefulness I am not complaining.

Great for storage of CDs with labels visible unlike others. Good looking and very well designed and constructed. Sturdy and strong with well fitting bottom support and lid. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent cases! Ordered 4 and most of my CDs fit. Quality is good and they look great! These will be placed on a shelf in a closet, but would look fine in plain view.

These fabric cases are sized perfectly to accommodate jewel cases with the label/title side facing up. They come in 3 pieces: the main box, a bottom reinforcement, and a lid. The main box has sides that are reinforced and sturdy. The bottom reinforcement piece fits very precisely and adds extra support. The lid has just a little stretch to it, it seems mostly due to the corner gussets, such that it fits snugly over the box (I read reviews where similar boxes had lids that were too loose, so this is great). There is a handle on each end to pick up the whole box and even fully loaded with CDs, it is very sturdy. At one end is a label slot to ID the contents. I see just one flaw on one where the stitching is unraveled in a corner, but hopefully it will still hold up well...it seems it would be easy to repair these yourself if you can sew. Overall I am very impressed by these cases, particularly how precise the dimensions are and how sturdy they are. I plan to get a couple more, I only wish they came in other colors besides just black because black gets boring.
