I bought a pan like this at Walmart that worked great, but every time I use this one from Amazon, the bottom of my loaves burn due to how thin it is.

I sell to a local coffee shop and one of my biggest sellers is my blueberry coffeecake, lemon raspberry bread, and banana chocolate chip bread. I would always bake them in a regular aluminum loaf pan. This silicone baking pan has eliminated the difficulty of removing the big loaves and slicing them. Each serving is the perfect size and pops out as easy as 1-2-3! The bake overall is better as well. Am ordering more to help my little business out!
