Used it to change the torque sensor in our vehicle. It had a large lock ring on it that we couldn't remove. Price was right and the worked great!

Let's understand what these are, a good bargain brand, not a high precision set.I'm using this for intermittent use on light automation equipment. For this they are a great value. Its all light duty and infrequent use and they helped me out the day I got them.I cannot speak for heavy use or if you have stuck rings in locked bearings and such. I suspect they would be short lived for that.Cons:1) you don't have the really small sizes of tips if you work on snap rings smaller than 3/8" diameter or so. The smallest tip is 1 mm, great for lawn equipment and such, not for RC cars2) the ends are not all the same length, but a little file work can make them pretty close3) when you work the pliers, it loosens the adjustment knob, not a big problem unless you have high repetition, but a little annoyingPros:1) the case labels the tip sizes which is handy, and there is a space to put the little rings and parts you are working on so they don't get lost, and its a little bulky, but overall a pro.2) great value, similar high quality sets have prices in $150 and up range.3) good selection of handles, for most of us its all you'll ever need. A precision technician is looking for better sets anyway.4) the extra picks it comes with are handy

For under $25.00 to have so many options that work, this set simply gets the job done.To be overly critical the pliers are made of stamped steel, but decent quality. And the handle on one slipped off after it had been in a bucket of oil and solvent, let's face it, all the other handles on any brand come off, even my Snap - On's, but with a drop of super glue I'm back in business.I give this tool a 5 star rating and see why Amazon has it as their choice, A good product, at a incredible price.
