My old cup warmer used to stay too warm and would make my coffee taste bitter if I drank it too slowly. I like that this has the function where it only heats while something is sitting on it and it doesn't cook my coffee. It also auto switches off after a certain amount of time in case you forget to turn it off when you're done with it.

The functionality of it is great. It just doesn’t get hot enough to make a real big difference.

I've had the same basic mug warmer on my desk for years and years, so when the warming plate started to come apart from the base, I thought this product would be a cute replacement - and safer due to the weight sensor. I have not had it even 3 months yet, and the sensor does not work, so the warmer never turns on, rendering it useless. Of course I am past my return eligibility period.

This product has become one of my favorites in just a few short days! It’s very safe, I love the automatic shut off and as you can see it can be used for candles as well as coffee cups! I even hooked it up to my Amazon smart bar so I’m able to turn it on and off when I’m away from home!!

I bought this product to burn candles with. I didn't realize there was a button that has to be pressed down at all times for the product to work. That being said, if you are looking to use this product to keep your coffee/tea hot, this product would be great. the weight of your cup should be enough to keep the button pressed, to keep your drink warm. When you are done, just remove you cup and you dont have to worry about shutting it off.
