This California Cade Expandable Cake Mold is a nice tool to have on hand if you like to bake and create. The cake mold is made really well and is a quality item. I was impressed at how well it's manufactured. It expandable from 6'inches to 12' inches. It's easy to use and I've had issue's with it not expanding. It's actually really heavy duty and can handle a busy kitchen. If it's cared for properly it may be the only cake mold you'll ever have to purchase as far as it's size is concerned. It performs and functions well. It's a must have if you like to create and experiment in the kitchen. It's definitely worth the purchase. I really enjoy having it on hand.

If you have never used one of these you might well wonder where the bottom is.This adjustable well system sits on your pan service, and can be enclosed in foil as for a standard springform pan.The advantage for this is that you have every size you may want in just one piece, which is great for storage. It also has very tall sides, which could allow you to build a tall and balanced treat.It is a nice tool for building fresh layers or for baking a custom sized cake.Take your time in wrapping the bottom with a band of foil and you will find this to be easier to use than your old sorting form pans.

This is a must have if you like to bake tall cakes! I love that it is adjustable too. I have made some beautiful tiered cakes using this, and its easy to throw in the dishwasher for clean up!

This is a very well made piece! It slides easily to make it smaller or bigger. It has clips to hold the ends in place. It’s nice and deep. The adjustability and depth makes this piece good for SO many things. You can essentially make a wide range of diameters and depths with a single pan.I’m SO freaking excited to make a chunky and deep basque cheesecake in this. The deeper it is, the more gooey insides there will be. It came one day too late for me to make my birthday cheesecake in it so I’ll just have to make more and report back. Darn!

I've been wanting to try the Cake Ring / Acetate method to frost cakes as I heard it's an affordable alternative than the pricey 'Frost Form' kit to frost cakes easily & smoothly.I love that this cake ring will work for multiple sizes of cakes and I'm not limited to one size like the competitors fancy kit is. Plus, this cake ring has other uses as well, like cutting cakes down sizes and assists with keeping layered cakes stacked straight.%$$:$This cake ring is super easy to use and it's pretty self explanatory on how to change the size and clip it in place to hold.
