I wanted a container that could fit two regular sized bags of flour and sit in my cabinet. This is the perfect size. The bags of flower are just a smidge too big but I just dump some out. I love feeling like my flour is sealed nicely and it’s so convenient easy just to put it in there and then put it back on the shelf and seal it up.

i found the box too big as i usually use 450g flour to bake my sourdough bread. It’s so deep that i find difficulty in removing the fermented dough. Can i return this item to Amazon. It has become a white elephant.

The containers have volume markings so you can easily judge the rise. The lids fit securely. These bins last for years. In addition to bread making they're great for keeping flour fresh.
