Very comfortable and easy to access the pockets. Is lightweight and adjustable straps make it fit well.

I have another camelbak from long, long ago - it still works. My son wanted his own and selected this one. The design is definitely improved from the last century. I've had gotten many other no-name ones over the years - usually with daypacks or backpacks. They all have never lost that chemical taste, are not easy to fill, don't supply the water to the mouth valve well, and tend to leak. Camelbaks have none of those issues, it is well worth the money to buy the name brand.

I've used a lot of Camelbaks, from the small ones all the way to the bigguns. This fits high on my back, eliminating the need for a waist strap. It rides securely against my body and doesn't bounce around. One of the reasons I chose this model was because of the bladder size. Two liters is sufficient for 95% of my rides, so I don't want to carry around the bigger bladder and pack. If I need more, I can use a water bottle on the bike and in the pack's pouch.

Great design overall. Lots and lots of storage and good segregation of the storage space.There are two superfluous features that should be eliminated: 1) the snap flap over the hose port on the right shoulder and 2) the snap flap over the front pocket. Both of these snap flaps have no function (that I can see) other than making it more fussy to install the hose and gain access to the front pocket.The fit of the harness is exactly the same as it is for the Race 4 50L hydration vest. I ordered this thinking that it might provide a slightly larger fit (I’m 5’ 10” 175 and found the Race 4 a bit too confining), but it fits the same as the smaller vest.The front pockets are slightly too small to comfortably hold an iPhone 15 Pro Max with streamlined case.And the overall length is slightly too long not to interfere with the rear jersey pockets on cycling road jerseys.I think it’s great for MB; there may be better options for road cyclists.
