I LOVE this water backpack! I actually don’t use it for bike riding. I use it when I’m on the playground with students so my hands are free and I can’t run over to a water bottle (we’re not allowed to have a water bottle with us on the playground). It doesn’t leak, my ice water stays cold, and it’s light weight.

Item is defective. The cap on the water bag doesn’t close seal tight so it’s a wasted item.

This is an Amazon packaging issue . The product itself is fine, I think. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad and it was delivered in a CLEAR bag that was OPEN… I shouldn’t have to explain why that is wrong…
