Simple, convenient to bring along for travel, worth it. You can fit other bottles in securely so if you want to put it in your suitcase and just put disposable water bottles in, it works too. Now I no longer have to bring my water backpack for running when I travel. Of course you can use it anytime, but for me just travel.

Ideal for hot or cold activities. I froze this bottle with my electrolyte drink the night before a very hot race and it kept cool until the first drink station. It fits my phone and keys so I love to take it to the gym or on regular training runs. The lid is intricate and can be difficult to clean so I occasionally use toothpicks. It doesn’t spill at all so it’s worth it.
