Thick and soft pad. The extra knee pad was a nice touch. I’ve had it over a week and it is still giving off a strong rubber-like odor - enough to make my entire home smell, even after airing out almost doily. Hopefully the odor dissipates, because it’s otherwise a great mat.

Nice thick mat. Enough give (almost like memory foam) and easy on the bones. Seems high quality for the price. It comes with an extra strip of mat that you can use for your head or extra padding for the knees as well as a strap to keep it rolled up that also serves as a carrying strap. Nice mat! Will update if it doesn’t hold up but so far so good.

Great mat and the knee pad is a lifesaver for my old knees. It is comfy because it is thicker and comes with the carry strap. Perfect!

Very compact, comfy and large. Not a small yoga mat and I don’t slip and slide. It’s also a thick mat! I got purple! So beautiful

These are nice and thick and comfortable but my only issues are they have a really bad smell that I can't seem to get rid of and one of them has a permanent dent in it from my smart watch when doing a work out that required my wrist on the mat. For the price, they are good. They don't slip, the knee pad part is great for extra cushion. I use this for yoga and workouts.
