If you have purchased a replacement FOB or Key with a FOB for these laser cut vehicles, you find out very quickly that the secondary market lines really require you to recut the key and you cannot make an existing key work because of the designs of those products.THIS PRODUCT IS THE PERFECT FIT FOR EXISTING KEYSIt does precisely what I bought it to do - allow me to use a key that had the housing damaged and needed a new shell that worked directly with my OEM design. This was great - easy to swap out - and worked like a charm. No more superglue prayers to hold my key together - this fixed it all.
