Perfect fit and extremely well built. Double zippers that are smooth, semi-hard exterior and soft interior to protect your expensive speaker or any items you need this for. Nice that it has a carry handle and a strap if you want to sling it. Very tough exterior so should last a long time. Recommend.

Portable Shell Case for Bose SoundLink Max Speaker- This is the best case I have gotten so far. It is waterproof, hard shell , excellent zipper closure and the measurements described were exact. This seller highly gets a five star rating.

I like having hard shell cases as I find they are also great for carrying and protecting many different things, not just the object they were designed for. This hard shell case ticks all the boxes of what an excellent hard shell case should be. For instance, this case is incredibly hard for a shell style case and therefore it will provide very good protection for what is inside because the case will not deform. This shell case also comes with a nice carrying strap that can be attached to the ends which is useful for carrying heavy objects. I also am very impressed that this case is waterproof which makes it a great case for outdoor use as it will provide rain protection. Despite that I have not dunked the case under a water faucet yet, I can tell just by looking at the case that the waterproof claims have some truth to them because of the self sealing zippers. Although I highly doubt this case can be completely submerged in water and remain air tight.Lastly, this is a large case and therefore it can transport large items. I also appreciate the small zippered compartment on the top inner part of the case which lets me store cables or small instruction booklets. This case is well worth the price.

This case will fit the Bose as well as some other 9-10" speakers. I probably won't use the strap. It's kind of thin and I intend on finding one more substantial. I read what one reviewer wrote about the things in the zippered compartment scratching the speaker, and I can see what they are saying. I think I will keep a cloth with the case, and lay it over the speaker before I close the lid.Interesting design choice, with the handle being on the back. I'm thinking "oh man, I'm going to have to make sure the zipper is closed." However if the handle was located in the traditional location, in the front, you would be more likely to notice the case not being zippered. Your eyes are right there looking at the front as you pick up the case by the handle. That may sound improbable but imagine you are distracted, in a hurry or something and forget you didn't close the case. Everything is colored black inside and out, except for the red stitching. Maybe that will help me see if its not closed. :)But I do like the rubber zippers and yes the red stitching will set it apart from my other cases.With a better strap and a cloth laid over the speaker, I think will work for me. Thank you!
