Compared to the other battery charger we own, this one is small and lightweight. It also has a lot of electronic functions that help protect your battery, like sensors that shut down so the battery doesn't overcharge. This comes with a place to wrap the cords built into it, as well as a handle to pick it up and legs that help tilt it up so you can' actually read the front screen. The manual is fairly straightforward and the charger does a good job of charging up a dead car battery, which is what we used it for.

I tried a company and it failed, I returned it and tried another. It failed! So I went with this brand. So far it's great!

I have two identical battery chargers. The problem is that they are over 40 years old. They both work perfect never had a single issue with them. With today's technology the dump charger can no longer be used on the new batteries that are being put in cars today. So if you are somebody who likes the maintain their own vehicle and might not drive it as much and come out to your occasional dead battery then at some point you will need a new charger.I like all the features of this one that's what made me decide. I can tell you that as of right now it is working. I use my voltmeter to make sure and it was making power. Whenever I have the opportunity to mess around with one of the newer batteries I will update my review.
