This dog bed is great. It’s very easy to put together, it took me maybe 30 minutes and I’m not great with building things. It’s also larger than I thought which is great. It would work well for a dog or cat that’s up to 25 pounds and they’ll still be comfortable. It works well for indoors and also outdoors. Definitely a good buy for an affordable indoor/outdoor dog/cat house.

There are things the dog and I like about this item. However, it has its faults that are unacceptable. Don’t assume because this shelter is used outdoors that it’s water resistant or waterproof. It is NOT! The seller is not as forthcoming with this fact as other sellers of similar items are. Be sure to fully read the item description at the very end of the sellers product features. Where it is mentioned but no heads up if unread. The other issue is the tent portion does not snuggly fit the frame. It’s too big and looks sloppy. The saggy fit results in water pooling on the top of the tent and collecting there. It also leaks inside the tent. I’m not looking for a dog shelter to move around according to the weather. Also, it takes way more time than 10 minutes to assemble!

First, the instructions are not in English, so assembly can be quite a pain. It's tedious and much easier with 2 people. Once it's actually assembled, it's a nice bed, but it's definitely not the easiest thing to put together. It's also not waterproof, so just be advised it's not meant to be an outdoor dog house.

So far as user friendliness re build is concerned, I’d go so far as to call it ridiculous. Akin to the instructions, a word I use loosely with this item.Build outside to prevent it being a nonfunctional crumpled mess upon presentation to your beloved dog. Do not do what I did and spend 1.5 hours to build indoors, to get really proud of yourself, to discover what resulted in said crumbled house and medium to serve damage to my forearm , hall walls and doorway. Clues would have been awesome, as it is I declare bs.

It's obvious from the picture that my dog absolutely loves this dog house! We've used it as a cot, using only the base, and it worked out perfectly! After adding the "house" he went right in, played with his toys, and even napped! The whole thing was super easy to put together and didn't require any tools. Definitely recommend!!!
