I ordered this heater for my father-in-laws house. He had the exact same one that his son had ordered a couple years back. No noise, easy to adjust the temp, auto shut off, 5 brick just the best heater he had in a long time. When it came in the box was dented and it was broken. I was so devastated that Amazon wouldn’t let me send it back and get another one. However I did send it back and they issued me a refund. I absolutely love the heater best one I had found in a long time.

This unit tells you that it’s dual fuel do believe it! Bought it before I had knee surgery could not install it until after found out the hard way it’s not dual fuel ( propane or natural ) because I didn’t return it before the 30 days Amazon porked me almost 100 dollars But customer service for these units is excellent look before you leap

Man I love KozyWorld. You get what you pay for. This is pure quality. Put this one in my basement and in the past 3 years a 30K BTU in my living room and an 18K BTU in the upstairs(so 3 total). Bought this one for the basement cause 3 weeks ago someone hit a pole and the power was out for 4.5 hours and the temp was -8. These are great if all you have is gas and no power.
