I normally wear a small or extra small, but the medium is perfect. I wear it over a lightweight short sleeve shirt. I had bought this in yellow awhile ago and decided I needed to have an extra one for a bike trip. The pink is very pretty.

I am 5’2” 115 lbs and ordered the Small in Yellow (both long sleeve and short sleeve versions). Fit is perfect for bike riding. Love the neck protection from the sun and zipper when I need more airflow. Pockets are very convenient. Washes beautifully and even though I intend to air dry, mistakenly put short sleeve version in the dryer and it did not shrink or lose its shape.

I’m 5’3 150lb I got a large and it’s a little small on the length of the torso, but it’s comfortable. I would order again just upsize

Love this tech jersey. I am 5’1 petite female and bought the Medium size jersey based on everyone’s reviews to size up. For starters, this medium fit like a glove. Not too snug and not too loose. The sleeves however; are as loose as MC Hammer’s pants in a music video. I bought it for cycling in cool weather, but, the sleeves are quite loose and not slimming at all. It’s great for running or hiking though. I plan on ordering a small this time as I prefer a tighter fit for cycling. I think if your 5’4 and up, the Large would be best.

Great jersey! Good quality, fits great and looks nice. Took out on my ride the day I got it and it was just the right warmth for a cool spring day
