This rear hatch latch was easy to install and worked perfectly. It saved a bunch of money by doing it ourselves.

The rear hatch lock failed on my 2011 Jetta Sportwagen. The hatch would just bounce back up when I tried to close it. After some electrical troubleshooting with VCDS, I determined that I just needed a new lock unit. This one was a fraction of the cost of OEM. Time will tell if it lasts, but I am stoked to get it fixed so cheaply and easily.
