I have an old mountain bike that I converted to an e-bike. I put different wheels on it and the old bike brakes would not line up with the rim. These brakes have a longer adjustment range so they work fine. I had to replace the brake cables, which is not a big deal.

This is a good design , unfortunately the one sent to me was defective. The mounting hole of the left brake arm is not machined properly as seen in image. This will cause a mechanical issue and brake jam if use.I have to return the item and get a replacement.Hopefully the seller will take a look at the item before he sent the new replacement.

Fair price, and a decent alternative to other v-brakes on the market. But one of the calipers required a little filing to fit any of the stanchions, and another needed a washer behind it to allow for proper adjustment. Neither of these issues are game changers for me, since bikes are a hobby of mine and I like to fiddle with them. I'll buy these again, and will be interested to see whether the manufacturer has upped its game.
