I purchased this vest on October 6, 2020. It has worked perfectly until today, March 5, 2021. I put it on and it doesn’t work at all. Unfortunately, the return window has closed so it seems as though I’ve rented a heated vest for several months. Shaking my head! Don’t buy this vest!

Seller is aware that vest doesn't work without power bank. Vest does not come with power bank. I paid $45 for an unusable item. Other sellers sell the whole vest and all parts for similar price. I will return and buy from another seller who understands that we want the whole item and not just pieces of the item.
