This was going to be a post-surgical compression vest, but we tried it on beforehand to see if it fit, and it was extremely lose, even though I measured correctly. The sizing just doesn't seem right. I've never been an XXL in anything, but I thought I'd trust the sizing chart.I've seen other listings from different sellers with the same photos and different sizing. Don't know which ones are legit.

This helps for about an hour. Then the collapsing chest wall pain starts. I weigh about 200lbs and, 5’10 have been lifting and building. But fat hides between the muscle. But this is like a chest vasity belt. Not worth the money. Buy a compression shirt instead. Mark this one: Do Not Buy

I ordered this to hide my man boobs so I could wear some tighter shirts than the ones that I currently wear. The quality of this is very good in my opinion. All the seams have extra stitches that help to make them more durable. The shirt is comfortable to me around the arms and chest. The shirt fits tight and has strong compression all over. I had no red marks on me when I took the shirt off. The shirt did pull my shoulders back a little, and that is a good thing. By doing that, it is helping with my posture. I could tell and feel that my posture was better while wearing the shirt. This shirt really helped my self-confidence a lot because it works so well. So, yeah, this shirt did hide my man boobs very well. To put the shirt on, you might have to suck in your stomach in order to get the first few rows of the hooks fastened. There are actually 3 levels of compression that you can have while wearing the shirt. There are 3 rows of hooks, and each row makes the shirt a little tighter so you can control the amount of compression that works the best for you. Once you get all the rows fastened and look in the mirror, if you are like me, you will be amazed and happy about the way you look. With the shirt on I have the self confidence to wear any shirt that I want to wear without worrying about my man boobs showing. In my opinion, the price of this shirt is a huge bargain. I give this shirt my highest recommendation to date for anyone who has man boobs and doesn't want them.
