These are beautiful lights. They do not tangle when unpackaged and have two different settings. I love how they sparkle over my fireplace. They are a soft, bright light but very powerful and have a long battery life. I highly recommend these lights for many uses.

Giving 4 stars out of 5 because it was much shorter than what imagined. Perhaps about 150CM. However it’s great for the price! Highly recommend :)

The product works really well and is way better than using a cord. Don't charge the cameras when I have to put the cord on them. This charger will certainly get a lot of use.

I bought this product March 9, 2019. Being suspicious and previously disappointed by failed battery chargers, I also purchased the extended warranty ($1.48) offered through Amazon, underwritten by Square Trade.Within two months, one port stopped working. The red light stayed on all the time. I charge only one battery at a time, so I continued using the other port. Six months later, the other side stopped working. Neither port will charge a battery. Attempting to file a claim, I learned that Square Trade policy does not go into effect until year 2; that the manufacturer is responsible for the first year. I also learned that Amazon does not cover anything after 6 months. I was stuck in a quagmire.Needing another battery charger, I re-ordered the same one, but also wrote a bad review rating the device with only 1 star. Within 24 hours I had an email from the manufacturer wanting to "make things right". The next day, I replied to their email. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, I was speaking to their customer service representative. They knew I purchased a new charger and also knew I had written a bad review. They apologized for the device failure, promptly refunded my money.I write this for all others to be aware that none of the 3 chargers I've purchased lasted for very long, even the Arlo-branded devices. But the good thing about this device, is it comes with great customer service. Secondly, don't waste your money on the extended warranty.
