We haven't used it very much yet but my husband said it was super easy to install compared to the last infant seat we had. That alone is enough to purchase it! Also it feels sturdy and we'll made.

Such high quality in every aspect of this product: it's super easy to use with or without the base, it feels really safe for our son to ride in, and the newborn insert is great and so soft. We use it with a BOB Revolution Flex stroller w/adapter and it is so nice to go on walks with. Highly recommend this seat to anyone wanting the best of the best for their kid!

Mom of 3, first time to know and select what I want. Narrowed down my choices to Nuna Pipa Lite RX, Uppababy Mesa Max, and Chicco Keyfit 35 Cleartex Zip. I didn't want the unnecessary harsh chemicals, had to have the no-rethread option for the harness, and wanted the anti rebound. I truly wanted the Nuna in Lagoon because of the color, but read and saw images of how little padding there is..lacking in comfort.I first purchased the Mesa Max, then the Chicco as an unnecessary back up right before going to have baby (the week before it made since in my mind to have the 2..not needed looking back).Ultimately if I had to select 1, I'd go with the Chicco.In comparison, both have the no rethread and no harsh chemicals, 32" 35lbs and weigh about the same, both can be used without the base (but you lose the anti rebound for the chicco), and both are at the top based on research for safety (from slight research, not all vehicles benefit with the load leg).Cons..if you plan to carry it for an extended amount of time, the weight would be exaughsting. It is a super snug fit between the canopy and the handle.. making it difficult to use the canopy to its full potential with the handle up. I personally wish the color scheme was more sleek and that it had the magnetic option for the screen like Nuna rather than the snaps.Pros..in this summer Texas heat..my 1 month old seems to sweat in the non wool Mesa, not in the chicco. The extra padding of the insert in the Mesa might look appealing..but aside from it sitting awkwardly to the head support.. when you remove it there's not much padding for baby's rear..I imagine it'd be like sitting in bleachers for too long. The chicco definitely feels comfy to touch in all areas and much easier to position baby to buckle.Ultimately if I had to go back and select only 1 stroller and 1 carseat..it'd be the chicco keyfit 35 cleartex paired with the mini bravo. For the amount I spent altogether..trying to love the uppababy though.Advice if you're just starting to shop around..if I knew what I know now after starting my research before conception to my garage looking like several babies came to park their wheels in it of various brands. I'd go with the Chicco Corso travel system hands down. There's pros and cons for all seats/strollers..but this has the least cons and most important pros.I only wish they had a Pram and in home stand..but I rarely use the uppababy bassinet I own. And an option to add a second seat would definitely improve their sales.
