This figurine of a woman and two children, is beautiful and heart warming. I think when most people look at this, they will likely see a mother sitting and giving/receiving love from her young daughter, and toddler son. The love between a mother and her children is unexplainable, and this piece does a fantastic job of capturing that bond. The details are incredible, from the little boys teddy bear, to the woman's bare feet. So much attention was given to every part of it.I collect these types of figurines, and I have mother's with their families, mothers with one child, mothers and fathers together, etc.. This is the first time I have found a mother alone with her two children, and I love it. A fantastic gift for mother's day, or any other holiday. And a precious way to honor the love between mother and child.I can't recommend this product enough. If you are a fan of art of this style, then you will also love it. In fact, even if you have never seen or known this type of art, you can still appreciate it's quality and beauty. Especially if you happen to be a mother. But also by simply being a son or daughter to a loving mama.Additionally, I know that many people don't have a close or loving relationship with their mothers. For some, maybe their mother, in their heart, is/was another woman. Their aunt, mentor, foster parent, grandmother, sister, or someone else. I got this for my kids to give my ex; and both kids just love it. I've got a girl and a boy, and they fit this statue perfectly. They can't wait until mothers' day to give it to her!
