The watch exceeds expectation. This is my second watch from Citizen. I would recommend this, especially for girlies with very thin wrist, this would look just right on your wrist. It does look small on me because my wrist is quite thick hehe

Absolutely beautiful! So happy to be given this gorgeous watch. Looks great for dress or casual wear. Keeps time perfectly and looks amazing. Love the blue face and beautiful band. Very secure.

love the blue background - makes it easier to see. the only thing I find too small to read is the date.

Compre un reloj parecido misma estilo y diseño totalmente en color acero inoxidable, se extravió en el camino solo recibí otro reloj citizen avenger que ordene el mismo día. Hable a atención a clientes y me resolvieron el problema reenvolsandome el total del producto. Estoy contento con la atención que me dieron, después de este mal rato ordene Citizen Eco-Drive Women's EW2294-53L Corso Watch, mi esposa quedo muy satisfecha con su regalo de cumpleaños aunque tarde. Es un reloj de excelente calidad.

It is a striking watch. The 2 tone metal and blue dial are lovely. Keeps good time and is the second Citizen Ecodrive that I have owned. My other watch is 3 years old and still great. I bought this one just because I liked it so much.Anyone who wonders how well the Ecodrive lasts will like this story. My Mom gave my Dad a Ecodrive on their 50th anniversary. Dad is gone now but my husband uses the watch all the time. In May it will be 19 years old.

I'm a little afraid to write a review for this watch as the Seiko self winding watch I bought about a year ago stopped working shortly after I wrote a glowing review.As others have said, this IS a beautiful watch. I love the dark blue dial and the gold frame around the dial. The hands and "numbers" on the face of the watch are also gold. And, I like that I don't have to replace the battery. The battery watches I have had always seemed to conk out at the worst times.I agree with the reviewer who wrote that it would have been much more convenient if the instructions had been included IN the box. My box had a card in it that said the instructions were includedl They weren't. Yes, it's nearly impossible to read the numbers needed on the back of the watch so that you can get online and get the directions. I have had the watch nine days and I still haven't done it. Luckily, the watch was working when I took it out of the box. I haven't put it under any lights or done any of the things I have read that you are supposed to do in the reviews. I do try to make sure it's uncovered while on my arm. I wear it at night too. I take it off only to shower and cover it with something so it doesn't get steamed. I had a beautiful watch that was ruined when I left it uncovered in a small bathroom while I took a shower.I have a larger than average wrist--I usually have to get bracelets of 7-1/2 inches rather than seven inches. However, this watch has a slightly loose fit on my wrist--exactly the way I like it. I want a watch that slides around on my arm a little like a bracelet does. If you have an average or small wrist--or like the watch to stay in one place you will need to get links removed by a jeweler or watch repairer.My dad who recently died at 94-1/2 years loved watches. He had many very nice watches, but he prized his Citizens Eco-Drive watches. Maybe because he got such a good deal on them--he loved a bargain. But I heard the story of how he bought those watches many times and how wonderful they are. That's what got me looking at the Citizen Eco-Drive watch.For now, I am very pleased. If I have any problems I promise I will be back to change my review. I changed my review when the Seiko watch was giving me fits and I will change it for this watch review if necessary.Oh, and I also agree that the date feature is almost useless unless you are eagle-eyed. I didn't buy the watch for that feature, but someone who does want to know the date might not be happy.
