I'm a sucker for CrossFit equipment. As described. Could probably pick up a cheaper version but I'm into it bc of its name

Crossover Symmetry system is a Life Time exercise program, for daily use, and when the system is mastered will take under 10 minutes to have daily therapy for the health of your shoulders.First the quality is way above any resistance band on the market. If you hold Crossover Cord in one hand and any Resistance Band in the other hand, for the same poundage applied force, Crossover Cord feels heavier. Actually 7 lbs Crossover Cord weight as much as 40 lbs regular Resistance band. The same feeling like when you wear the best athletic shoes at the gym, compared with the cheap ones.Second the aesthetic look, not so important, but is a reminder you have a lifetime commitment to your health, to your shoulders.Third, Crossover Cords I use the bands only for shoulder health exercises, they can be used for any kind of training, but to respect the original intend and the health benefits of this quality product, I use it only for shoulder therapy. I have regular cords(good quality also) for my regular training. I lift weights 3 days at the gym and 4 days kickboxing at home, so resistance bands are part of my activity.Bottom line the $45 is justified and the product gives value for the money.The cheapest way to go is to use regular bands, but you can not have any results without Crossover Symmetry learning package. We all love YouTube and can watch for free some video, unfortunately, is not the same like Education Package from Crossover Symmetry website. Cost :$70.82 ($55+$15.82 shipping). You need also Heavy Duty Door stoppers 4 of them another $36. And whatever you pay for regular cords 7 lbs and 15 lbs( Athletic Crossover Symmetry package) another $20. The cheapest way is under $130. Crossover Athletic package is $195. Go figure if $65 savings makes sens for lifetime benefit of this system. Bottom line, you can do it without Crossover Cords, but you can not do it without Crossover Symmetry Educational package. Sorry for the bad news. And yes you can buy from eBay only $20 Videos with Crossover Symmetry, but the same argument: Difference between quality shoes and crappy ones.In my case since I bought just Crossover Educational package ( from external Crossover Symmetry site the individual video package is not listed on Amazon), 2 Crossover Cords and 2 door anchors (Amazon). I paid $178 for the Crossover Symmetry full protocol. Life time investment in health. And my home set up was already good to go with regular bands, and minimum expenses on Crossover Symmetry.Might be just in my mind, Placebo Effect or whatever the reason, after 3 days of intense use, Activation and Recovery Crossover sets, without going to the gym or do any other physical activity, I did not take any more Advil for constant "burning sensation" in my shoulders. Now I'm ready to go back to do what I love at the gym and at home.
