Super great knife for the value!! Can't say enough about the Spiny Dogfish, after some blade play and a little pivot lube.. super smooth flipping! Co-worker has bugged me to no ends about this knife and I have eventually gifted it to him. I will be getting another. (the Spiny Dogfish is a colab effort between GAVKO and CIVIVI (WE knives)). Awesome EDC

1st impressions (haven't put it to work yet)-This is my first civivi. The packaging is great. Top notch even. Not something you'd expect at this price. The knife is exceptionally well made. Blade is centered. Everything is tight but action is smooth. Very smooth even. It looks good. Feels good. Nice balance too. Better fit and finish than many others costing 2 or 3 times more. The edge is sharp and even. Sharp enough to hurt yourself very easily. It's very light weight. You won't know you're carrying it.The only cons for me are 1 - it's just a bit small in my oversized hands. I have big hands. Very big hands. 2 - gotta be careful closing it cause it can and will easily bite you and ruin your day and whatever finger gets in its way.Verdict?I absolutely love it so far and it is going into my edc rotation as of tomorrow. Id buy another one in a heartbeat as a gift or a spare for myself and if civivi makes a larger 2.0 version (Spiny big dogfish? Spiny meglodon? )then I'll buy that too. 5 stars all day. I'm stoked with this knife and I'll be buying more civivi knives. Happy cutting knife bros
