The holes are hard to align with the screws and the legs don't seem to be even. All of them don't touch the floor at the same time so it causes the chair to rock.

The chair arrived in good shape and was easy to assemble with the bolts and tool provided. We are involved in rehabilitation processes which require the use of a sturdy chair with strong arms. This chair meets those needs and the fabric of the arms is such that they do not show wear from extensive use.

The chair arrived early. The chair legs were packaged oddly with a soft ribbon around it but to worked as there were no scratches. The chair looks great and is surprisingly sturdy for the price if you screw the bolts tight. The only issue was the screws were misaligned so you have turn the screw slightly instead of strain on. The holes were not easy to locate at first sight but I figured it out. Assembly directions are straight forward. It’s easier if you have two people. Tip: Don’t screw all the way in until all bolts are aligned.
