product was solid enough. Easy to put on and easy to remove for cleaning. Fits our toilet perfectly and looks good.

This was easy to install and fit our toilet just fine.the soft shut somehow broke on our last seat, so we needed to replace it due to us slamming the toilet seat by accident without that soft close.this soft close works really well...almost too well? it takes a while to close, but I think that will get better with some use to loosen it up a bit.I opened the little scent thing. but , I have not noticed the scent at all. If that is your main reason for purchase I do not think you will be happy. I am not going to purchase scent refills. I find it pointless, you are better off getting that gel that goes in the toilet that at least cleans as it gives off some scent.overall good toilet seat for the price, did what we needed it to do, the install was very easy
