Smaller than it looks on site but still fits a good amount of items. You can pack essentials with a little extra space for more. It’s such a cute and classy bag. Seems to be well made and versatile. Might purchase the lighter color also!

Heavy chain and strong magnets , super sturdy and the fabric is nice and soft. I love it, it's definitely a nice alternative to the coach tabby backpack that's 500$, will purchase in a different color

I've come to really love this bag and have been using it as a go-to for a few weeks now. It stays packed with my essentials and fits everything well, with a little extra room. For me this includes my phone/wallet/keys, of course, as well as a rolled up tote bag and a cosmetics pouch. It closes well and very easily with the twist button? Not sure what those are called, but I like that style as its easy to close by feel alone. The quality of the material is very good. The bag holds its shape on its own, its very sturdy and structured but not stiff. It feels padded and soft, and the texture is smooth and a little shiny. It is true to the photos on that front. Its very cute, matches with basically everything and works great for casual errands to nights out.My only issue is the straps are finnicky, but that is the price you pay for a convertible piece. I usually only use this as a shoulder bag, because the backpack style tends to be unstable? By that I mean, the straps will slide around and change length and it can be hard to put it on because picking it up with one strap means the weight drags it down and suddenly its a shoulder bag again. Its not very elegant and can be embarrassing to wrangle it on. It is okay once its on, and I do wear it like a backpack for longer walks, because the issue with it as a shoulder bag is that it slides off my shoulder pretty easily. That is why I took a star off, but that has not stopped me from using it regularly, so I don't fault it too much for that. Its something that comes with the territory of moveable straps: the straps move.Overall, its a great bag. Fits everything I need on a daily basis, its cute and stylistically versatile, and pretty sturdy. I would recommend this!
