Un radio se dañó, le pregunté al vendedor que a donde lo deberia llevar para una reparacion y no tuve ninguna respuesta. Mejor compralo en Mercadolibre

If you're looking for something with distance, these work well in open space but the more stuff in between you and the other person the less you can use them. They are clear and loud enough but the battery life isn't all that great, I get about a day and a half in stand by mode with the rechargeable battery's included but I would imagine with quality Batts they will last longer. I give 5 stars for the price, In my opinion they were a good buy!

La verdad esperaba mejor funcionamiento. Alcance muy bajo en ciudad, la pila dura buen tiempo pero sin tener una referencia clara en el display se van a cero.

Me gustó mucho el tamaño por que son pequeños y muy portátiles, son muy ligeros y el material es de excelente calidad, lo que no me gusta es que se tiene que comprar aparte el cable para recargar las baterias que es un cable micro USB y las pilas no vienen incluidas.

These are great to use. Super easy, they instantly work which is wonderful in the world of everything else needing an app, complicated setup etc. We used these on vacation on the beach (water resistant!) with our kids and they had great range and battery life and clear sound in an area where cell phone signals were almost non-existent. The clip is pretty convenient to make them hands free and I liked the overall design. Great overall product that doesn't break the bank.

I bought again another radio pack to replace an damage unit,I can say this radios are very good,the range into the city is around 1 to 2 miles,into the woods you can get up to 3 to 5 miles..one thing is true forget about getting a 16 miles range this is too exagerated maybe at open sea or a mountain top you can achieve more than 10 miles,these company claim that range for sale purpose only but is not real..also remember gmrs requires a license from the fcc to operate you could get in problems if someone detects you and notify the authorities probably is not going to happen but be careful,channels 8-14 FRS is legal and free to operate.volume is loud,weather channels works great if into the transmition range,usually pressing only one button you can turn on off the radio,get the weather channel,and go again to the previous selected channel overall this radio so small in size packs a lot of power and features.I can not tell about base and battery charging because I got only the 2 walkie talkies radios without accessories.please remember terrain conditions affects the range and signal quality.
