I have assembled some tents in the past, from camping tents to beach tents, and this is by far the easiest set up ever. It really just set up in a quick easy minute or 2, and once you know how to do it, is disassembles just as easily. Getting it back in the carrying bag takes longer than taking it down, because you want to make sure you fold it properly for it ot fit well enough. It does have straps that will help hold the bag together whiel you zipper and tuck it in. Given that it is January, we have only set this up in our house for our kids to camp inside, so I don't know how it does in weather. But it could easily fit our family of five to camp in.

The Coleman cabin tent offers a convenient and relatively quick setup, although the advertised "60-second setup" claim is misleading. In my experience, it took approximately ten minutes to assemble the tent properly. Unless multiple people are involved in the setup, achieving the advertised time seems highly improbable.Once assembled, the tent comfortably accommodates a queen-sized air mattress, as advertised, and could fit six young children. However, for adult campers, capacity depends on size; my friend, who is around five feet tall, estimated four or five people of their stature could fit, while I, closer to six feet, found the space better suited for three adults using sleeping bags.This tent is best suited for mild-weather camping during spring and summer. It lacks insulation, with a thin floor and uninsulated walls, making it unsuitable for cold-weather activities like snow camping, ice fishing, or hunting. While I managed to camp in cooler conditions, the tent's design is clearly not intended for harsh climates.On the positive side, the stitching and seams appear durable, and I experienced no water intrusion, even during damp conditions. Overall, I recommend the Coleman cabin tent for fair-weather camping, with the caveat that it is not designed for four-season use or extreme weather.

Tent came with a broken bottom zipper. We got to a campsite known for rattle snakes and opened this tent for the first time only to find the zipper broken. Too late to return and get a new one so now hoping a snake doesn't get into the tent. Really unhappy with this tent for the price I paid

Set the tent up in the backyard before going camping to familiarize myself with it. Rear window did not have zipper tabs so unable to close off the window.
