These work well, and have decent durability. Not the fanciest, but good quality and cost-efficient. They're also pretty good about not getting turned sideways while sparring. I have used these in regular training on pads or sparring, and in full-contact competition, but have not used them on a heavy bag.

El producto llego a tiempo, encargue dos espinilleras de la marca, unas para mí y otras para un amigo del gimnasio donde entreno, estás espinilleras llegaron incompletas! Adicionalmente no tenían bolsa y la espinillera venía suelta. Por esa razón pongo dos estrellas, tuve que realizar la devolución, no sé a quién le vendieron la otra, pero seguramente también hará la devolución correspondiente, es una lástima porque estás eran las espinilleras que quería usar. Tendré que quedarme con las viejas de siempre.

Excelente equipo fabricado en piel y neopreno la mejor combinación. Utiles para el sparring y combates de exhibición amateur, incluso para otras disciplinas a parte del MMA.

The protection runs down far on the foot which is good. However, there is no hard backing to the padding, so a well placed kick will hurt. These are good for light sparring.I wish they had a velcro strap on the back for the entire length of the thing. I don't have big calves and these things are impossible to get off and difficult to get on.

I am 5 10 and weight 154 and bought the L size and it fits really good, it does not move on your legs at all. It is a little bit hard to remove it but it worth it because it protects and holds well. I wanted a shin guard without straps to be able to wrestle mma while striking and these are the best for that.
