Hard to solder the antennas on. I think I may fried the boards just trying solder the antennas on. When I tried to pair them, they don't even respond. Tried uploading a sketch to use with Arduino and It says LoRa failed!!!! Can anyone recommend something more quality that will work with Adruino Nanos than this crap?

The wireless LoRa connections are quite reliable once they are paired, and the software libraries and example code sketches are plentiful! The header holes are half-width apart so adding some pins and jumpers to another PCB gave me the ability to use standard DuPont wires with these boards.I've been able to use these boards to connect all different types of ATmega and RISC boards together, not just like-to-like microcontroller boards (Espressif, Arduino, Seeed, DigiSpark, R-Pi, etc). They are very compact in size so physical fitment inside project boxes (antenna attached) is really nice.

Used randomnerdtutorials, worked on first try with esp32. Range about 1/2 mile in suburban neighborhood. Electrical connectons so tiny I had to use 30ga wire and magnifying glass.

The product works great for those beginners I recommend using the SMD solder paste that you can just heat up and it will make all the connections with no crossover. For beginners soldering this might be hard the pins are extremely close they make this solder SMD paste you just smear it on and then use a heat gun and it will automatically suck to all the little ports with no interconnecting use this kind of paste and you will not have any problems with this product right now I'm using them at roughly 900 ft with a great signal I'm sure they can go farther my project only needed 900 ft. And for the beginners I recommend watching a few YouTube videos to get your bearings on how to program it correctly just definitely make sure depending on what country or state you're in make sure the signal is okay to use in your area 9 15 MHz for United states. 433 MHz for Europe and Canada

Works exactly as intended. But beware, the hole spacing of this model is about twice as fine as a normal breadboard. So usually you will have to solder pins/wires onto it.However that is not necessarily bad because of its smaller footprint. The range of the small wire antennas is more than enough for a couple heavily walled blocks.
