This is great replacement for the name brand version of my label maker. So much cheaper and functions the same.

I really wanted to like this product due to the price point. It worked great the first few times I used it over the span of a few weeks and really helped me organize my pantry. Unfortunately when I went to use the same cartridge again a few months later (past the return period), it jammed immediately and I could not print any more labels. I had purchased a different brand of non-Brother labels as well and those eventually jammed as well. I will likely go with the genuine Brother cartidges going forward. I bought a pack of three so will see if the same thing happens with those cartridges.Edit from 1 star to 4 stars: Seller reached out and provided a refund for the faulty cartridge. They had asked me to provide a picture of the cartridge - luckily I did not throw it out, so just a heads up to keep the cartridge or take a picture of it if you have issues. They said they will either send a replacement or refund the other two cartridges if they are having issues. Thank you.
