These wire connectors are well made from quality materials. They are durable and sturdy. The connectors fit together smoothly and easily. They remain connected like they are supposed to, until they are released. A great feature is that these connectors are waterproof. Using these connectors saves time and ensures a more reliable connection. The item is as described by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. I am extremely pleased with the quality of these connectors. They work perfectly for the lighting project I am working on for my truck. No concerns whatsoever about waterproofing or brittleness, they are solid. A great product.

I just turned 50 a few weeks ago and I've been a 'tinkerer' with vehicles, campers, etc. for as long as I can remember. Up until maybe 8-years ago, I pretty much used 'twist on' wire connectors for just about everything and figured, just wrap enough electrical tape around that bad boy and it will be good. Truthfully, I don't recall any of my hack jobs ever failing but I know I just got lucky.These days, I don't do ANY wiring unless I either use these types of Deutsch connectors or heat shrink connectors, usually a bit of both while applying heat shrink to the ends of these types of connectors. I try to keep a few 2-pin, 3-pin and 4-pin connectors on-hand for any job that might arise, and these 3-pin connectors are excellent.Don't skimp while wiring, do it right and use connectors like these.

These were great for installing an aftermarket power antenna (power, ground and remote wire). The quality is good and seems durable. The plugs fit well when connecting and looks water tight. The precut wires were easy to attach, and the connection performed flawlessly for my needs. Overall a good value!

I needed this type of connection for replacing a broken 3-prong sensor wire on my truck. I used the heat-shrink with solder inside type of joint instead of a crimp connector, then I wrapped the wires with a fabric automotive tape instead of electrical tape. Having the wire leads pre-pinned makes this an easy repair/upgrade and it's a lot less hassle than manually doing each DT crimp in a tight space. However it can look messy or be unreliable if you use standard crimp connectors, or don't wrap up the wires.The plugs snap together securely, and the boot seems plenty water resistant. Probably not water proof.
