I'm writing this review almost a year (11 months) since I put this on my 2015 Ram ED. I would intermittently get the CEL for "engine temp not getting up to operating temp". I will say that this part fits well and fixed my problem completely. Gets up to temp much quicker and coolant temp stays in the 190-210 F range very consistently. Much better than the OEM plastic thermostat. If you're on the fence, I would say defintely give it a shot.Of note, I just replaced my coolant bypass tube tonight which is what made me think of this. The Tstat is still bone dry and sealed well to the housing. Don't waste your money on the OEM garbage.

Perfect fit better then original plastic thermostat housing on ram eco diesel, truck seems to run at a good temp

Temperature threshold too low for diesel engine. Got warning from system often. If you have ecodiesel car then don’t use this
